**What's the role?**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Care team based at our Corporate Office in Rhodes, Sydney This is a permanent, 12-month fixed term contract position - ideal for someone who's looking to gain a step into a Corporate Environment.
Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, your new role as a Customer Care Representative will see you taking ownership of our customer experience by providing a seamless customer care and complaint handling experience whilst supporting process improvements. **What does the role involve?**:
- Provide a quality customer service
- Customer care handling
- Handle specialist order entry enquiries that are escalated from the Customer Service, Hilti Stores and Sales
- Drive and promote process efficiencies within the Customer Service team
- Conduct root cause analyses and identify gaps in existing processes
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Achieving excellence in complaint handling

**What you need is**:
- Inbound Customer Service experience advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of MS Office
- Experience using SAP/Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory
