Barista/all Rounder

We’re after an unflappable person who can handle a rush without losing their cool, think two steps ahead, and brings the possibility of leadership energy

This is a hands-on, fast-paced barista all-rounder role. You’ll be working across coffee, kitchen, floor, and front-of-house, keeping service sharp and the vibe upbeat.

**Requirements**:

- A solid amount of barista experience in a quality-focused, high-volume cafe
- Confident in manually producing great milk and shots.
- Proficient conversation and communication skills
- Australian resident
- Experience working FOH, on POS, and in general cafe operations
- Weekend availability and flexibility with shifts
- RSA beneficial
- Food Safety cert (required in cafes now) or Supervisor certificate a bonus
- Ability to take direction and do things “our” way

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
