We are looking for a **Full Time or Part Time Telephonist **to join our Front Office team. This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
- Answer and direct all calls in an articulate, friendly, professional and timely manner
- Be able to answer and deal with a wide range of guest enquiries and requests
- Provide administrative support to Front Office Management Team and Guest Service Agents
- Direct and manage the production of all collateral, ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Co-ordinate and manage brand and loyalty programs

**Ideally you will have**:

- Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
- An outgoing personality and good presentation
- The ability to work shift work including evening and weekends
