SOS Phone Repairs is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic **Store Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations of our Byron Bay location. Whether you’ve got experience in retail management or you’re simply ready to step up and grow into a leadership role, this is your chance to join a small business with big plans.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing the store’s daily operations - from stock control to staff scheduling
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Handling phone and tablet repairs (full training provided - no experience needed)
- Visual merchandising to keep the store looking sharp and inviting
- Training and mentoring new team members
- Working closely with the owner on ongoing growth and improvements

- Customer service experience is a big plus - even better if you’ve led a team before

- No technical repair experience necessary - just a willingness to learn

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
