Choosing to work either full time or part time, in the office / from home / a mix of both, you will join a growing, psychology-based organisation that values experience and is well-respected in the wellbeing industry.

As a Clinician, you will work with your clients to provide short-term solution focused therapy that addresses their current concerns, identifies goals, and supports their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

You can deliver client support through face-to-face sessions, online chat (via our new Health Gateway offering), tele-health, on-call, or a mix across all.

Our growth has opened up opportunities to work in various areas across the business. We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in the following areas: counselling and coaching, workplace support and trauma-based work or workplace wellbeing. What you’ll bring

Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work

Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership

Broad experience across mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns

Values-led approach to supporting a client’s wellbeing journey
