Our client is one of Australia's leading independent grocery importers, and a one stop-shop solution for brand owners across the globe providing an exceptional stable of the finest local and imported food brands.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced and efficient Sales Support Administrator - Foodservices, to be responsible for supporting the national foodservice team with sales analysis, customer submissions, sales & marketing presentations, promotion management and strategic channel improvement projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales analysis and reporting for foodservice team (Internal Systems)
- Promotional Program Co-ordinator (ROI)
- Distribution and customer tracking (Analysis)
- Monthly/weekly reporting (scorecards & KPI tracking templates, monthly sales updates etc)
- Assisting the national foodservice team with delivery of both top line sales and margin contribution budgets at agreed margin targets via maximising distribution and presence opportunities for all relevant offers within the foodservice channel.
- Control and delivery of agreed trade promotional spend for major identified customers (Top 20)
- Customer Database management (CRM)
- National promotional planning/program Implementation by banner.
- Assist and execute sales training plans and collateral in conjunction with the National Sales Manager - Foodservice.
- Assisting with customer resolutions via Warehouse & Customer Service team.
- Assist the National Sales Manager & Foodservice team with periodic customer administration and communication:

- Promo submission forms and new line paperwork/admin submission.
- Pricelist management.
- Trade Presenter and Marketing Collateral liaison

**Key Criteria**:

- Highly motivated & well organised with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross functional relationships.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Innovative approach to problem solving.
- Project management
- Relationship-building - Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility with internal and external customers from floor level thru to Senior Management.
- Sound analytical & business acumen.
