Job Role: Sales Administrator
**_Job Summary, Roles & Responsibilities: _**
The interested applicant’s roles & responsibilities include:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents
- Invoicing orders via Reckon accounts software
- Checking payments against orders to ensure they’re paid in full
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for order and
invoice entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking out

- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Handling of small products in store for dispatch or pick-up
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
**_Job Accountability: _**
- Working together with staff as a team
- Liaison with supervisor for any work required.
- Meeting customer deadlines, demands and expectations.
- Abiding by company policies and adhering to confidentiality
**_Job Preferences: (Education, Certification, Skills)
- **
- At least one year sales experience
- Certificate in Sales and/or Business
- Knowledge of building materials
- Excellent data entry accuracy and punctual
- fice / Reckon Accounts
- Ability to identify and solve computer problems.
- Current NSW driving license
