**Job description**

We are seeking machine operators/process workers with manufacturing/process plant operation experience. The successful applicant will run a rubber extruder for subsequent manufacturing processes. This is mainly a day shift role with occasional afternoon shift requirements. General factory duties will also be occasionally required.

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, processing, or a closely related area.
- Must cooperate with safety measures to help provide and maintain a safe working environment**.**:

- Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable and able to work in a team.
- Displays a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be physically fit to operate plant machinery.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.

**Schedule**:Day shift role with occasional afternoon shift needs.

**Job Type**: Casual
