Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity available for a** Receptionist **to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis at our purpose built facilities in Crestmead, Brisbane.

**More about this role**:
This role is seen as the first point of contact with our Snap Fresh team at our state-of-the-art modern warehouse. This role will be the face of and first contact of the facility and is responsible for the timely provision of effective and efficient administrative support and assistance to the Operations Leadership team onsite.

**In a nutshell, you will be responsible for**:

- Greeting all site visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner and sign them in using the correct procedures.
- Answer all internal and external calls and transfer to the appropriate departments and assist with queries, take phone messages and distribute when required.
- Maintenance of labor recording data, such as general typing, data entry, and filing
- Provide overall administrative support for all departments.
- Provide regular, ad hoc and project-based administration services, in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible for office cleanliness, ensuring bathrooms, kitchens and storage areas are well maintained, are in good repair, and are neat and organized.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail items, including invoices and couriers. Print, release, and distribute invoices to customers.
- Manage Snap Fresh’s relationship with the Corporate Head Office in the Gold Coast.

- Have complete understanding of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as may be reasonably requested by Senior Management.

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Experience in a customer service, reception, or switchboard environment.
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to service excellence.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner.
- Demonstrated skills in written communication, numeracy skills, time management, attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, highly organized dealing with various departments and can manage conflicting priorities.
- Proficient in the use of telephone systems with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders in a high volume (fast paced), high value environment.
- High level of professional presentation.
