BFT Everton Park is on the hunt for an exceptional **Studio Manager** to uphold our high standards of coaching and studio operations.

**About the Role**

As Studio Manager, you’ll be the face of the studio and a key driver of its culture, energy, and member experience. From welcoming members at the door to leading high-energy workouts, recruiting new members, and nurturing the current community — you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.

In this management role, you’ll split your time between the training floor and studio operations. You’ll lead a team of passionate coaches, take ownership of the member journey, and work closely with the studio owner to hit growth and performance targets.

**What Are We Looking For**:
We’re seeking someone who has both people leadership experience and a growth mindset — someone who’s ready to inspire, lead by example, and take initiative.

**You must have**:

- A leadership mentality with the ability to inspire and guide your team
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (or higher qualifications)
- Previous experience in group and/or personal training
- A proven track record of client growth and retention
- Passion for building a strong, inclusive community
- High energy, motivation and a drive to succeed
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and a team-player attitude
- Strong integrity, initiative and creativity
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and changing lives
