Brand Manager

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a highly experienced brand/marketing manager to grow our agency brand as well as our client brands whilst providing support to our director and talented team.

THE ROLE:
As our Brand/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and promoting our agency's brand identity while overseeing the marketing strategies for each individual client account. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in business development, actively seeking new opportunities, nurturing leads, and fostering strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the agency's reputation and visibility in the market.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing plans, including content development, advertising initiatives, and digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, networking with potential clients, and participating in industry events and conferences.
- Manage the entire client lifecycle, from lead generation and initial contact to contract negotiation and project delivery, maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

ABOUT YOU:

- Minimum 4 years experience in a dedicated Brand/Marketing Manager/BDM role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and business development, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management tools.
