We are seeking a talented individual to manage the land sales recognition functions for our organization, while also assisting with financial processing and reporting. This is your chance to make a real impact and be a part of shaping suburban communities for the future.

**Responsibilities**: As our Finance Officer, you will unleash your expertise and work under limited direction to perform the following exciting duties:

- Be the master of daily cash balance reporting and ensure our financials are always in check.
- Update our land sales databases like a pro, keeping our records accurate and up to date.
- Prepare monthly land sales-related reconciliation and reporting, showcasing your analytical skills.
- Assist in the preparation of adjustment journals, where your attention to detail will shine through.
- Become the go-to person to respond to questions and provide information to auditors, showing off your knowledge and expertise.
- Embrace the opportunity to undertake other duties and functions appropriate to this classification level, keeping things fresh and interesting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- You are a financial wizard with experience in financial procedures and accounting processes.
- Your knowledge of the financial aspects of the land sales process is unparalleled.
- Microsoft Excel is your playground, and you can navigate it with ease at an intermediate level.
- Familiarity with the practices and processes of a Financial Management System would be an advantage, showing your versatility.
