Our Brisbane team is looking for their next enthusiastic team member. You will have a passion for customer service, deliver outcomes & a quick learner.
The Service Specialist will be responsible for completing various client service support tasks as well as supporting other colleagues.
You will be working in a collaborative team & would be a part of a growing environment and learning from some of most knowledgeable colleagues in the insurance industry.

**What the day will look like**
- Providing day-to-day support to a range of our Insurance Brokers across our client teams at Aon, which also involves processing overseas insurance placements
- Using initiative to acquire information from colleagues to plan your workload according to client priorities
- Using new and existing client information/system tools, to build detailed and sophisticated calculations/reports/documents
- Preparing, lodging, and invoicing of policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Demonstrate a shown understanding of key products and coverage in policy wordings and be able to explain these to clients and colleagues

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
This opportunity could suit someone who is wanting a long term and stable position.
- Ideally, you will have a technical degree in maths, accounting, business, engineering or other relevant fields
- Ability to form relationships with multiple partners in a professional manner
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Prioritising your workload and receiving daily task requests from managers & colleagues
- Ability to use your initiative and problem seek
- Complete various complexity of tasks and prioritise workload
- Strong experiences using software programs
