**Precast Concrete Factory**:
Labourer required to work in an industrial environment where concrete mixing, casting, and finishing activities take place.

**Responsibilities**:

- Concrete mixing and preparation.
- Mould preparation, removal and grind offs.
- General yard labouring.
- Equipment maintenance.
- Collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physical environment and perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing.
- Basic understanding of concrete materials and processes is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

**On-going role - $30/hr + Penalties.
