**Your duties will include**:
As a Finance-Focused Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and matching high-calibre finance professionals (Corporate Accountants, Financial Accounting, System Accountant Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, Auditors) with job opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing a deep understanding of the finance industry, including current trends, market conditions, and specific job requirements.
- Proactively sourcing and attracting finance professionals through various channels, such as job boards, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in a 360 or 180 recruitment position.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
