**Summary**:
The Trintech Professional Services team is seeking a Manager & Enterprise Implementation Lead to manage complex engagements, lead enterprise implementations, and manage a team of resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with quality.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead a portfolio of complex enterprise engagements; drive to ensure that timeline, budget and quality standards are met across all projects.
- Serve as technical lead for enterprise implementations, providing expertise and best practices guidance.
- Manage a team of consultants to ensure all administration functions are complete (forecasting, status reports, time reporting, RAID logs, etc.).
- Cross train and develop upcoming consultants to lead programs.
- Act as an escalation point as needed, make management aware of risks, issues and mitigation strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase; manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with the client’s objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and within the allocated budget.
- Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and subcontractors if applicable.

- Background in FP&A and/or professional services.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience working with global systems integrators or equivalent partner ecosystems.
- 5+ years of FP&A or Professional Services experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing professional services teams or related resources.
- Ability to effectively engage with senior members accounting and finance teams, including C-level executives.
- Up to 25% travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
