**Job Description**:
The Cleaning person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Washing all trays, grill cleaning and store floors
- Clean equipment, crew rooms, stock rooms and restrooms
- Take out and empty trash, recycling
- Change light bulbs

**Qualifications**:

- Available to work 10pm-6am
- Excellent track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements
- Can take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with mínimal guidance
- Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines
- Capable of lifting up to 30lbs
- Available to work without guidance
