We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join one of our valued clients based in Welshpool for a temp-perm assignment. The position would be starting immediately and fulltime basis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for the generalist HR activities throughout your portfolio in Western Australia, including:
- Be a trusted partner to State Managers in the delivery of an effective, coordinated, responsive and stakeholder-centric HR partnering service
- Build capability by coaching business leaders and Managers on the full suite of people related issues
- Drive improved performance on key people matters
- Educate and coach Managers in compliance matters to eliminate risk to the business
- Help create and foster a high performing workplace culture that attracts and retains talented employees, ensuring culture and value fit into the business
- Think at both a strategic and operational level and be comfortable moving between the two to meet the needs of the business
- Talent Management (including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and through the employee lifecycle)
- Effectively communicate within the HR function to ensure consistency of high-quality service and support nationally
- Action queries through the HR inbox efficiently by responding promptly to all enquiries relevant to the Western region
- Data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Support the coordination and delivery of initiatives and company recognition activities to build an inclusive and high-performance culture (including but not limited to ‘years of service’ certificates, internal newsletter and coordinating hamper deliveries where required)
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources would be advantageous
- Ability to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervision
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines
- Proven experience in building effective relationships with all key stakeholders and the ability to negotiate and influence collaboration to achieve business outcomes
- Ability to travel as required
- A high level of discretion and professionalism to act with integrity and always maintain confidentiality
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
