**Who you are**:

**Essential**:

- 2+ years experience has a barista
- Maintaining high quality product standards through brewing and selling coffee
- Foster lasting customer relationships
- Know how to make high quality coffee
- Know how to make latte art
- Maintain a clean and approachable environment
