To provide and ensure the highest standard of service to all customers and staff by performing the duties listed below in a highly efficient, effective and professional manner while adhering to all rules, policies and procedures.

Campus Life at Macquarie University is currently seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly and supportive team at our on-campus cafes on a casual basis.

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for engaging with both new and regular customers in a polite and friendly manner, taking orders and preparing and serving food and drinks. You will enjoy working in a fun yet fast paced environment, making sure customers are happy.

ABOUT YOU
- Must have minimum 1 - 2 years wait staff experience in a high volume, fast paced café or food and beverage outlet
- Right attitude - enthusiastic, know how to have fun, personable, the first thing people notice about you is your smile and welcoming energy
- Customer satisfaction - you'll go above and beyond to get the work done and make sure your customers are HAPPY
- Understanding of food handling procedures and food safety regulations and standards - HACCP
- Able to work rotating 24 hours, 7 days roster, in accordance with business needs and requirements.
- Qualifications in Food Safety will be highly regarded
