Mechanical Fitter

We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to be an active member of the Maintenance department. In this position you will be responsible for:

- Undertaking regular maintenance and repairs of machinery & equipment;
- Using various hand tools;
- Fitting and assembling parts
- Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders;
- Adhering to all safety policies, procedures and protocols;
- Experience and exposure to quality management systems;
- Effective time management.

To be successful you will have the skills and knowledge as one who has completed an appropriate apprenticeship &/or Certificate 3 in Engineering.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $39.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
