Are you an experienced Orthoptist looking for a rewarding short-term opportunity? SA Health is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team at the Flinders Medical Centre, located in the heart of Adelaide's metropolitan southern region.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Unit - Ophthalmology, as an Orthoptist you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive eye care services to our patients. Your expertise in diagnosing and treating vision disorders, binocular vision problems, and eye movement irregularities will be invaluable in delivering high-quality care. Duties for the role will include:

- Responsible for ensuring patients receive high quality ophthalmic care when attending Flinders Eye Clinic Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the development of innovative treatment plans.
- Participate in Orthoptic led clinics providing specialist screening services, clinical trial services and paediatric/adult ophthalmic photography

**About you**:

- Qualifications consisting of the equivalent of a related bachelor's degree (e.g. Bachelor of Health Sciences) plus a Masters Degree qualification in Orthoptics.
- Registration with the Australian Orthoptic Board
- Eligible for membership of the Orthoptic Association of Australia (OA).
