As Support Worker you will be required to care for a multiple participants this includes assisting with daily living which could involve domestic and community assistance.

**About You**:

- Experience within challenging behaviours, verbal & physical aggression, intellectual impairment, self-harm, sexualised behaviour, schizophrenia, strong boundaries and understanding of diverse backgrounds
- NDIS Worker Check
- HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate
- Working with children Check
- A valid Drivers Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge and/or experience following positive behaviour support plans
- Clear communication skills
- Be resilient and adaptable
- Committed to providing exceptional quality care to clients
- Must be available morning, afternoon & evening
