- Due to ongoing project work, our client is seeking a
- ** Project Planner/Project Scheduler** to be a major team player in all project planning and scheduling activities for approved major new projects on site.**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, key responsibilities include the following:
- Review master scheduling activities with all project teams members including the necessary amendments.
- Effectively liaise closely with team members in construction to ensure all construction activities are identified.
- Coordinate with all department team members for updates to ensure all key planning targets & schedules are updated & maintained.
- Review planning & scheduling documentation & identify key risks & issues.
- Produce relevant weekly/monthly reports on all major planning & scheduling activities.
**About You**- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.(Civil/Mechanical)
- Minimum five years experience in project planning & scheduling with large capital projects.
- Sound Primavera P6 & MS Project skills including Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and planning skills.
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound relationship building skills with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
