**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**We are seeking enthusiastic Service Desk Technicians to assist the ICT Department’s vision for continuous improvement and a passion to provide excellent support to staff, students and parents for existing systems and services.

**_Please note, this is a casual role that will be based at both The King’s School campus in North Parramatta and the Tudor House campus in Moss Vale._**

To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and attributes:

- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Relevant IT degrees/qualifications or have equivalent experience
- Have strong analytical skills
- Previous experience in preparing technical documentation
- Be innovative and solutions-focused
- Have a sense of humour
- Feel comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent phone manner and etiquette and be able to handle difficult conversations

In addition to the above, the following experience and knowledge would be an advantage:

- Experience working in the education sector
- Knowledge of software deployment platforms for both PC and Mac
- Experience resolving issues related to device peripherals
