**About the role - Max Term 0.5 Part Time to Full Time Negotiable**

Join Baptist Care SA as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and make a real difference in the lives of people with disability. Working within the NDIS framework, you’ll use your clinical expertise, collaboration skills and passion for inclusion to help participants reach their goals and thrive. - Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:_
- Conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing tailored Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Providing coaching, training and guidance to clients, families and support staff to implement effective behaviour strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support positive client outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all practice aligns with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.

**About you**:
You are a compassionate and skilled professional committed to empowering people with disability to achieve their goals. With strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, you build positive relationships and deliver person-centred, evidence-based support. You’re adaptable, collaborative and confident working within the NDIS framework to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.
- You will also have the following skills and experience: _
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Significant (3-5 years) previous experience in working with clients with disability and complex needs.
