Graduate Trainee

Hill Start International Pty Ltd currently works with clients across two business units, executive recruitment and outsourced sales and marketing.

This role is to work in the recruitment business and will involve completing client recruitment campaigns by sourcing top quality talent for businesses in Melbourne and Victoria.

Full and comprehensive training will be provided as well as phone and laptop/computer.

We have a nice office space within Eastland.

Specific duties will involve;
- Learn the skill of interviewing. Conduct telephone, Zoom and face to face interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process in conjunction with the Director and clients. Arranging interviews, taking feedback and managing job offers.
- Taking references.
- Research opportunities for talent acquisition.
- Use our online system to log and coordinate activity.

You’ll need to demonstrate;
- Degree or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner to engage with people on the phone and in person.
- Willingness to learn highly specialised business issues.
- Proactive with high attention to detail.
- Confidence to conduct hundreds of telephone, Zoom and face to face interviews each month.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to get the best results for clients.
- Comfortable having complex discussions both on the telephone and face to face.
- Ability to use technology proactively, including social media, whether for research or day to day communications.
- Eligibility to work within Australia. Able to easily commute to Ringwood daily.

The office is in Eastland, Ringwood and it’s a relaxed yet professional workspace. There is parking but it’s literally just across from Ringwood station. There will also be a performance-based bonus which should dramatically enhance basic pay.
