As an Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HSE policies, procedures and programs are being implemented effectively across all projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and programs
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop plans to prevent future occurrences
- Provide advice and guidance to project teams on all HSE matters
- Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks for all project personnel
- Maintain and update records of all HSE incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Review and approve subcontractor HSE plans and procedures
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on HSE matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HSE Advisor in the construction industry
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, codes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
