**About the role**

Rosewood Gardens - Aged Care Facility is seeking Enrolled Nurses (EEN) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents during Day and night shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in the Ashburton VIC 3147 community.

**What you'll be doing**
- Delivering skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting all care provided
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

**What we're looking for**
- Enrolled Nurse (EEN) qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting, preferably in a residential facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build trust with residents and their families
- Qualification/ Training in Care Managment and Leadership Program.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care
- Valid Australian Driving License

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
