As our **Lead Educator** you are essential part of our team You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that supports the development of young minds. You will provide a safe, creative, responsive and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.

**What you’ll need**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care**:

- **Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- Proven experience in providing cozy hugs to little people
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
