**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Oversee and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback.
- Take photos and videos of completed work (optional, but encouraged).
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
