**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals for commercial cleaning contracts
- Research and analyze client requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to gather necessary information
- Ensure all bids are accurate, well-written, and aligned with company goals
- Maintain a database of bid submissions and follow up on opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in bid writing, sales, or business development
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids
- Knowledge of the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus

Pay: $53,284.64 - $120,002.31 per year
