**About Us**: Resort Alex Seaside is a premier destination for relaxation and recreation, offering stunning ocean views and exceptional service to our guests. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Sunday Receptionist.
As the Sunday Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting with their inquiries. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors to our resort.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about resort services, reservations, and events.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with a positive attitude, escalating as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing bookings and updating records.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless operations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, reservation systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
