**Pay Rate**: from $28.72 per hour plus penalties and Superannuation
**Location**: outskirts of North Dandalup, WA
**Morning Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 6AM to 11:30AM

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
Cleaning various areas such as offices, crib rooms, public spaces, waste disposal, spot cleaning, and comprehensive maintenance tasks.
These tasks involve mopping, sweeping, cleaning toilet facilities, as well as cleaning both internal and external glass.

**To be considered for this role, you must**:

- Have a reliable vehicle and a full Driver’s License
- Be physically fit, able to kneel, lift, perform the required duties, and stand for 4 hours or more
- Provide a recent National Police Check
- Be committed to a long-term position
- Successfully pass a medical assessment, as well as random drug and alcohol tests.
