**About the Role**

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join the Fuels Department at our Eastern Creek Head Office.

This is a newly created role reporting to the State Manager and the overall objective is to run the NSW operations of the fuels business for PremiAir Services. As the Operations Manager you will be required to work across all areas of the fuels operations and have a detailed knowledge of everything that is happening in the Department.

**Duties**
- Oversee the daily fuel supply and department operations
- Full responsibility for the department management, business growth and profitability
- Manage Fuels client relationships
- Ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to at all times
- Responsible for the up-keep of Department premises vehicles and Fuels fleet assets
- Assist in the preparation and sign-off of Fuels contracts

**Skills and Experience**

You must be highly motivated, well organised and be a positive thinker. You MUST lead your team by example and have a passion for what you are doing.
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Diesel Fuel Supply Industry
- High attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels (internally and externally)
- Time management and planning skills
- Possess a ‘Can-Do’ attitude
