Retail Supervisor

This full time position requires the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays. The role will mostly be autonomously, while other times will work as part of a team.

The stores hours of operation are 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week. You will have 1 to 2 mid-afternoon finishes per week and 2 consecutive days off per week.

**Retail Supervisor duties include but are not limited to**:

- Providing excellent customer service and advice when required
- Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked
- Receiving deliveries, completing invoicing and inventory
- Performing ID checks, cash handling and stock control and reconciliation
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop

**The Essential Requirements**:

- Recent retail experience
- A passion for wine
- Wine knowledge and sales experience is a must
- Confident in recommending wines
- Understanding both invoicing and inventory tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated personality
- Must be well presented
- Own reliable transport and current drivers licence preferred
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol / or must be able to gain _prior_ to commencing

Pay: $73,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
