We have an opportunity for a Full time Store Manager to join our team at Bell Post Hill. The Store Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of our store and will have the added responsibility of opening & closing the facility as required in a shared roster with the store Duty Managers.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the focus of this hands-on role, includes staff management, store presentation, stock management, administration and most importantly customer service. The position will require applicants to have full availability including weekends.
- A proven history of providing excellent customer service with a high level of integrity
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility with working hours and the ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- Be physically capable of undertaking occasional lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers
- Excellent organisational skills and strong problem solving ability
- Self-motivated with the ability to guide, develop and motivate others
- Highly flexible, adaptable and decisive. Able to react quickly to issues which arise
- Willingness to provide hands-on support to the team on a day to day basis to help meet store and customer needs
- Supermarket &/or retail management experience required
- Experience in the supervision of staff

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
