**About the Opportunity**

The Area Manager is responsible for leading the development of the Home and Community Care team and their clients, within the **Western Sydney, South Western Sydney and Nepean **areas. They will establish plans and strategies to contribute to the growth of the Directorate, and coordinate budgeting and reporting activities for the area.

This is a permanent full-time role, base out of our **Westmead office**.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Management, Aged Care, Community Care, Health, Business and/or working towards or equivalent years of experience
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Previous experience in Aged Care, Community Care or Health industry
- Significant understanding for client needs, to convert these into positive service delivery outcomes and strategies
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of operations and resources to meet targets and business needs
- Ability to effectively plan and manage budgets within the financial year
- Contribute to the leadership team and directorate, to develop strategies and business plans to promote growth and solutions
- Confident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
