**How will I help?**

FSM is looking for an all rounder - someone who can adapt to a variety of challenges. On one day you may find yourself working to ensure that different financial and reporting systems remain aligned and reconciled and the next day working closely with a project team to assist with ensuring controls are in place to protect the integrity of our financial data. You must be willing to learn new skills. As the reach of the financial systems we manage is extensive across the Westpac Group, you will interact with many parts of the business.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Reconciliation of NZ Fusion GL data into Westpac financial systems
- Support the review of Procurement project activities to ensure that new or amended integration points with Oracle are consistent with existing configuration and to ensure that proposed changes are completed in a low risk manner
- Assist with the development of FMS wide reconciliation strategies to simplify current processes and improve the accuracy and consistency of future processes
- Reconciliation process that ensure the data warehouses and data cubes are up to date and accurate
- Review of impact assessments of planned changes to data warehouses
- Involvement with finance systems upgrades and implementation activities to ensure that governance and control principles are adhered to.

**What do I need?**
- Qualifications in an Accounting or a Finance discipline
- Sound knowledge of financial controls and reconciliations
- Sound knowledge of management information systems and financial transaction processing
- Preferred knowledge of COGNOS Insights and TM1 planning analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills - challenging, investigative, influencing
- Experience in process development and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications & SQL experience is beneficial
