As Regional Sales Executive (Express) - APAC, for a market leading air freight wholesaler, you will be responsible for growing the client base and sourcing new strategic accounts in this channel. Based in Brisbane, and reporting to the VP Operations APAC, you will build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers across the region, demonstrating a strong understanding of the needs of the customer.
**This role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Instrumental in sourcing strategic new accounts and responsible for growing the client base across the region
- Identify the needs of each potential client and create bespoke solutions
- Target current key accounts and develop and grow level of support
- Be pivotal in rolling out new services to market
- Produce rolling sales pipeline, to be reported monthly
- Measure and report sales and marketing successes monthly
- Analysis of the market data and providing strategies for improve performance and growth
- Maintain and develop exceptional customer service

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Self-motivated, disciplined and a proven success in sales
- Good knowledge of Express industry within the region
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive and forward thinking, with the ability to keep in step with market changes
- 10 years’ experience within the Express industry
- Possess confidence in presenting information to individuals and groups regarding customers, as well as employees
- Strives to understand the customer and their needs and, is able to provide solutions for customers
- Builds trust easily, especially with customers
- High level of customer service and maturity when dealing with customers
- Previous experience of working for an Integrator is highly advantageous
