Topcon Precision Agriculture (TPA) is a subsidiary of Topcon Positioning Systems Inc. (TPS). TPA develops and manufactures leading-edge satellite positioning and guidance systems, electronic controls, mapping, monitoring, and land leveling solutions for agriculture.

Job Summary:
It provides day-to-day management of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system, user support, troubleshooting and input on business requirements, system/process enhancements and supporting documentation. The to be supported Processes vary from Sales and Distribution, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Finance related.

Employee will be part of Global IT Business Systems department, focused on Topcon’s Australian Business Unit.

Job Duties:
Systems Management
- On an ongoing basis, performs analysis of current system performance and actively seeks to define and develop system related initiatives and/or process to improve performance of the ERP system and add value to the business.
- Manages and facilitates delivery of improvements to the reporting capability and data integrity of the ERP system.
- Manages day to day ERP system administration.

Reporting/ Documentation
- Provide business reports and information as requested
- Provide guidance in creating standards, testing procedures, version control management and associated policies.
- Documents, maintains and communicates process and procedural guidelines.

Business/ Technology
- Works with information technology development partners and vendors to define business requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
- Analyses business issues and develops technical business solutions which will produce positive operational results and add value.
- May be required to assist in system implementation projects as directed by the CIO.

Support/ Training
- Provides User support and troubleshooting.
- Provides assistance to determine system configuration and ongoing maintenance.

Experience and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ERP systems management in a commercial (preferably manufacturing) environment.
- Solid background in Business Analysis and Design, Data Modelling, Process Modelling and Scope Management.
- Maintains customer focus and is committed to quality practice and principles.
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Management System is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is an advantage
- High levels of competence MS Office suite of products.
- Bachelors’ degree in a Business, Information Science or Computer field and/or equivalent education/work experience.
