Bartender

Rhode's only restaurant and bar, we're looking for bartenders and bar back to join the team. Super relaxed working environment with a great close knit team, we hire based on eagerness to get the job done and a great work ethic above experience (Although experience doesn't hurt).

**Your skills**:
+ Bartender experience with cocktails
+ Product knowledge of alcohol
+ Current RSA is a must
+ Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
+ The ability to curate memorable experiences for our guests & patrons whilst building sincere emotional connections
+ Professional verbal skills where your smile and personality shines through
+ Immaculate grooming and presentation with an eye for detail
+ A love for continual learning about all thing’s food and beverage
+ The ability to multi-task, work under pressure and problem solve effectively.

Maestria Restaurant & Bar is set within a corporate park that operates weekdays only. With beans chosen for their robustness and signature aromas, a ready-made quick bites menu, and a beautifully designed space to call your own. But that's just the start. We're re-developing the site to become Rhode's next oasis set with lush botanicals and casual dinning experience.
