**Position Overview**:
JLL's Queensland research team is seeking an experienced research professional to lead market analysis and client service delivery across Queensland markets. This role combines strategic research leadership with hands-on market analysis to drive industry-leading insights for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Service & Deliverables**
- Oversee quarterly REIS and APAC deliverables, ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting standards
- Lead client presentations and proactively enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with research analysts to meet team deadlines and ensure report finalisation
- Build client awareness of JLL Research capabilities and demonstrate core company values

**Market Leadership & Thought Leadership**
- Author thought leadership reports for allocated markets
- Support investment propositions and ad-hoc research papers across business lines

**Process Improvement & Innovation**
- Identify and implement REIS data collection process improvements
- Participate in collaborative working groups focused on product enhancement and IT initiatives
- Utilise AI and JLL tools to boost research efficiency across Queensland operations

**Professional Development & Relationships**
- Build proactive relationships across the business to ensure information flow
- Attend industry conferences and develop mentoring networks for career advancement

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and research skills with real estate industry experience
- Proven client presentation and relationship management capabilities
- Experience with data collection, quality control, and report writing
- Collaborative approach to team-based project delivery
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
