**The Opportunity**

Looking for an amazing Assistant Educators to join our team

You will be working across all age groups 6 weeks
- 5 years.

Looking for both Part-time and Casual staff

Part-time must be able to work 3 or more days a week

Working between
- Monday to Friday up to 7.5 hour a day.

**Inspirational Early Childhood Assistant Educator Qualities**:

- Understanding children and their needs - must have knowledge of early childhood development
- Experience in working with children and demonstrating responsive practices that meet children's individual needs & routines.
- Emphasis on creating and maintaining learning environments for children which are physically safe yet promote a challenge to support well-being and development.
- Help and Assist Lead Educator in planning and implementing well-structured, age-appropriate learning goals and programs that engage and provoke children’s learning
- Self-motivated to engage in professional learning opportunities to improve practice
- Experience in working collaboratively with a team to strive toward excellence
- Meet professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
- Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families

**You would bring the following**:

- Must be Studying Cert 3 in Early Childhood or Hold an Certificate 3 in early childhood Education qualification or higher
- Extraordinary relationship skills - exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Child Protection & Food Safety certifications
