Whether we’re working individually or as a group, we challenge ourselves to deliver results.Within this role as a Quality & Compliance Manager, you will provide specialist safety, quality and compliance support to a variety of stakeholders across the Freight Operations. You’ll be based in our Freight Terminal but managing a portfolio across the country.

You’ll have
- Experience within a quality, compliance or safety role- Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications in a relevant field- Previous experience working with operational teams within Freight or Logistics industries- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and empower a team- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as required- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to identify stakeholder needs and resolve essential issues across a number of ports- Work collaboratively in a team to ensure consistency across the businesses and ports- Ability to meet corporate and divisional/departmental service standards- Ability to comply with workplace safety legislation, company requirements and practices- Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker to critically appraise and oversee the maintenance and ongoing improvement of quality management systems- A personal drive for continuous quality improvements in the Freight business
