Sales Agent- Short Term Rental

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Airbnb Host Manager to join our team. As the Host Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our property owners and guests, managing all aspects of the Airbnb rental process from listing management to guest communication and on-site services. This role requires a blend of customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize property listings on Airbnb, including writing compelling descriptions, updating photographs, and setting competitive prices.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with guests throughout their booking process, stay, and post-departure, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring properties are always in pristine condition for guests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome and assistance as needed.
- Manage and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during guests' stays, maintaining a solution-focused and positive attitude.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to continually improve the service and accommodation experience.
- Work closely with property owners to ensure their goals and expectations are met, providing regular updates and performance reports.
- Stay informed of local regulations and compliance requirements related to short-term rentals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and properties efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Familiarity with Airbnb platform and the short-term rental market in Redfern/Sydney.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
