**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and follow up with existing clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, engage with followers, and build an online community.
- Work with influencers and partners to expand our reach and brand visibility.
- Setting up stands at venues and arranging products to attract customers' attention. Approaching passers-by, interact with passers-by and initiate conversations to introduce the products and brand and promoting by delivering face-to-face sales pitches.
- Handing out leaflets when persuading customers to make a purchase including promotional materials.
- Conduct and offer sensory tasting samples to new/potential customers onsite to try before they make a purchase.
- Preparing and serving a wide range of high-quality beverages with precision and consistency.
- Understanding and fulfilling customer preferences, ensuring their beverages are customized to perfection.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the beverage station and all related equipment.
- Assisting in restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders from customers when necessary.
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions, and offering recommendations on our menu offerings.
- Recording information of potential clients, develop sales leads and follow-up.
- Reporting outcomes of the promotion, prepare detailed reports on promotional events including sales figures and merchandising during the promotion, as well as an overview of marketing campaigns.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You must be able to think out of the box with multiple angles to do things smoothly.
- You have an entrepreneurial mind-set, passion and knowledge of the health food market.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- You might have previous retail barista experience, preferably in retail, Brand Ambassador, in-store promoter or product demonstrator at markets, tradeshows/festivals.
- You have digital marketing expertise and experience.
- You have excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, and task management skills.
- You have outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- You have a positive and outgoing personality, confident approach, and is a good team player.
- You have a resilient attitude and a self-starting mentality.
- You have a willingness to learn with a Can-do attitude, self-motivated desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.
- You must have strong attention to details and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- You have to be able to travel occasionally.
- You must have unlimited and unrestricted working rights for Australia.
