**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Inspiring and Leading the Team**
- Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Creating a Safe and Positive Environment**
- Champion a **Safety-First** culture by ensuring all team members complete safety activities.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment for employees and customers.

**Driving Operational and Sales Success**
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Ensure the store meets company standards for appearance and merchandising.

**Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**
- Champion our **GREATER** program to ensure customers receive the best service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Actively pursue and maintain trade and retail business relationships.

**Staying on Top of Reporting and Administration**
- Complete reports accurately and on time.
- Timely and prompt processing of transactions in line with company policy

**Work Hours**:

- Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
