Weekend Manager

Leongatha Mitre10 are currently seeking an outgoing and experienced leader to join the team as a Weekend Manager. Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership to the store to maximise sales, create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our employees, as well as safety being part of your day-to-day culture.

About the role

As a leader you will have previous leadership experience in a Store environment. You are a leader who believes that developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. Having a passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will see you deliver sales targets and KPI’s whilst having the store running smoothly through the weekend. In addition to weekends, there will also be a requirement to work an additional weekday.

What you will be doing

Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their store

Provide accurate product advice to trade customers and fellow staff

Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations

Having a passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will see you deliver sales targets and KPI’s.
