We are after experienced Floor Attendants to join our talented team in our beautiful palm-filled Newcastle venue.

The Floor attendant is responsible of all elements of Front of house service. The Floor attendant is in charge of Customer service & sections, following light years sequence of service, food & beverage quality control and team work.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Focusing on achieving the best customer service & showcasing Light Years to the highest standard possible.
- Experience in a fast paced and high volume venue
- Great work ethic and loves working with a team.
- Outstanding Customer service & relations
- Wine and Asian cuisine knowledge - _looked upon favourably, but not essential_

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Checklists - Complete the Light Years opening & closing check lists. Ensure updated check lists are displayed in designated areas at all times;
- Customer Complaints - Handle all customer complaints when working on shift and improve customer experience in store. Always communicating with your manager about a customer complaint and taking guidance on how to deal with the situation. All customer complaints must be communicated with the manager on shift.
- Wine service - Learning wine service and basic wine knowledge.
- Opening & Closing the Venue - Present Venue in accordance to VM, correct lighting, music control, cleanliness, uniforms and all table presentation.
- Deep Clean - Fortnightly deep clean of FOH & BOH to be run by Restaurant Managers.
- Food & Beverage knowledge - must attend all training or group training to ensure knowledge of the menu is developed to full ability.
- Team work - Working with your team to create a fun and happy environment in house & with all staff.
